I downloaded Recuva 1.33.451, this software recovers delete files, pl recount me how to use this software,thankfulness?

Using Recuva is REALLY simple. All you have to do, is select the record type that you want to search for and click subsequent. Then search for what nouns the file be in (i.e. recycle bin, my documents or a custom nouns that you can select on your HD.) After than, you can choose to use the "deep scan" or not. If the piece you are looking for was delete over a month ago, using the "deep scan" is your solely hope. It does take a long time though (on a 40GB Harddrive, it take me on my laptop about 20 minutes.) Once it is done scan for files, click on the "advanced options" that should be on the right hand side. It should afterwards give you a small toolbar, that will consent to you choose what files to look in (they are pictures, video, music, documents and compressed.) I hope this is accurate. My publication of Recuva is most likely elder than yours, but it should not have changed much.
