How can I recover a delete folder?

So I did something stupid today...
I open up my Microsoft words and instead of first up the file to my work I save it. So now I save a blank page with nil to my 56 page paper. I don't know what to do :(
if u havent formatted you harddisk...u can download the software RECUVA and use it to recover ur files.
its comfortable and good.

With program call Recuva for an example, google it, it's free!
"> if its not in the recycle bin, your f'd.
Since the directory entry for that wallet is now associated to a blank page, you can't use standard recovery programs. (They recover the file that a delete directory entry is linked to.)

Read http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/Digital_P… It's a great deal of work, but if you haven't overwritten the actual file (saving a blank page to the filename doesn't overwrite the file) PhotoRec will recover Word docs (and everything else on the fence that looks like a folder it recognizes).
if u didn't put any data surrounded by the same drive afterwards u can get most of ur background by this soft ware

recover my files

this is really good software but if u put another information on that space i r really (most probably done ) lost ur data :(
Not sure whether asoftech photo recovery can backing you. I used to use it to recover my deleted files.
