Can I recover a folder that I forgot to collect and delete out of?

I wrote out a file on excel and did not retrieve out. Then I X'ed out. Can I recover from it?

i dont think so i basically recreated what you described and i could not find a way to recover what i be doing

i found something-click tools-optoins-then the save tab-
if you own autorecovery on it will show you the path to where on earth it saves the files.
within order for me to follow the direct footsteps i had to show buried files and folders
to show hidden files and folders interested my computer click tools-folder options-then the view tab-then look down the chronicle not to far down youll see show hidden files and folders
