Go to the recycle bin.
--> Select the Word document.
---> Click on the menu "restore this item" (this is on the left-hand side pane).

If you hold emptied your recyle bin, you will not know how to restore the file. To recover the directory, you will need utilities similar to r-tools which you need to purchase.
u can yous system restore surrounded by winxp
that is just the option or u hold u use undelet tool
or call me
your best fate is to open the recycle bin, and dig out for your file within.
go to recycle bin surrounded by your desktop and then right click on the directory then restore
Have you tried through the history? There is a button on the toolbar next to a clock on it. Click on it and it should give you option on the day or week. Click on the time and see if you can find the document. Maybe you can recover. Good Luck.
