when you delete the file from the recycle bin adjectives your doing is deleting the refrence to the profile from an alocation table, assuming you deleted this directory recently the information is still there untill it get overwritten by somthing else. and is recoverable by special purpse software. Do a google search for "folder recovery software" and you should be able to find what your looking for. Hope that help.

Deleted means: first communication or digit deleted. After that Your operating system is allowed to and starts overwriting. If not too long ago background can be undeleted because they are not overwritten yet.
Search i-net for free undelete tools, they exist. Else use other posts surrounded by this thread for urlss. The tools search the files & You type a brand new first letter for what is found. If not overwritten the background are recoverd totally or partially (whatever extend is not ruined by writing topical data to like peas in a pod location ). As easy as that.

Keep in mind, only using your computer, or downloading that file, may overwrite any information you are trying to recover. If the data to be recovered is critical, you should remove your firm drive, and put it into another computer as a slave drive before continuing.
