Is it possible to recover accidentaly delete files from Nokia 6630?

I am so angry with myself i simply marked 5 video to send next to bluetooth, and there be one which i wanted to delete, and short realizing, i pushed delete on one of them, but I have marked the 5 video already so they were adjectives deleted! Can I recover these files?

I am fearfully sorry but no. This happens to me alot. There is, however, no approach to recover them. I'm real sorry u cant. try storing the video on a computer or flash drive first from now on. Just contained by case u delete them on your phone.
