Is near any opening of recovering my delete files from my computer ?
i accidently deleted a win excel record from the recycle bin too. Is there any mode of recovering it ?

yes there is!! even if your unyielding disk crashed or formatted you still can recover your stuff (sometimes its barely memorable though! =P)
Get your hands on some reliable software similar to Ontrack Easy Recovery Professional to recover lost files from a formatted drive or files that were delete by mistake.
