HELP!! Need to recover a delete report?

I accidentally sent a VERY important database (about 200 pictures) to my recycle bin and deleted it. (I expected to delete another file instead) Any road to recover it?
Answers:
Try doing a system restore to an earlier date. You can do this by going beneath: start, help and support, system restore. Good luck.
Hello outdoorgirl,

If you didn't abandon your recycle bin it is still there. Open the recycle bin, give emphasis to the file and select "restore".

Do not do a system restore. A system restore does not restore files you hold deleted and the disk stir might over write and destroy them forever. A system restore works next to system files and drivers.

If you emptied your recycle bin you requirement to get PC Inspector recovery software. NOW! since you overwrite the files. It is free and will recover the files for you. Get it here - http://www.download.com/PC-Inspector-Fil…

Good luck,

Norm
on your desktop is the trash bin, most times you have to describe the system to empty it. so if you double click on it your pictures may still be surrounded by there!! correct luck.
