How do u recover delete files?
i know they r always permanantly written within the drive even after being rebooted.

time is extremely celebrated here. the longer you wait to recover them the smaller amount likely you will know how to recover the whole database or even any part of it. that's because they can be overwritten by other files after you click on delete.

lone for awhile until they are overwritten ... u need somthing resembling getdataback ...
There are programs off google that can recover them even self perma deleted out of the recycle bin.
the recycling bin...unless you've delete them from there
