I accidentally delete files on my flash (memory stick). How can I recover the files? Nothing surrounded by Recycle bin.?

try Recuva, a data-recovery tool. its free, and it should work. if not, try commercial ones and recover the files surrounded by the trial period if it let you.
try clicking ctrl+z
