You probably cant.
It is sometimes possible with special forensic software to recover delete files from a hard drive but software similar to that is complex to find & expensive.
There are some companies around which specialise in recovering facts but it os very expensive.
You can progress back to the previous stage by going to the start button.
It really depends how long ago you delete them and whether your HD has be defragged recently. When you delete a report it is not removed from your HD an entry (or entries) in within an index (or indexes) is simply marked as delete. Generally speaking the file is still near but just not particular to the system. The professional firms that have be mentioned to you are often obligatory but sometimes not.
