Deleted a record from my flashdrive how do I recover it?

So, I finished an essay and I saved it to my flash drive. Well, I also have an old incomplete directory of the essay on my computer. In a moment of stupidity, I mistook the computer saved folder as the newly finished essay and replaced it next to the incomplete one on the flash drive. How do I get the complete essay directory back if I replaced it? Is it delete? Is there anyway at adjectives to get this profile back?
Answers:
as far as im concerned: you cant! Source(s): i have to learn the complex way
if u still own the window you replaced it contained by you can hit ctrl z and undo it
you already replacing it... It is frozen to recover.. u can try undelete software from the net. but typically it won't help due to you already replacing it. Undelete software can restore erased record.. Not replaced file. But u can still try. And the wallet you recovered may be broken too(Due to replaced). Try to use NOTEPAD to open the broken database, and recover the contain inside.
