How do I delete a report so that it cannot be recovered near a recovering software?
If it's your whole complex drive, you're supposed to erase it 7 times, that permanently delete everything.
Well. There's a couple programs that write over the sector that your file is on, repeatedly. That get rid of it. If you're one of those crazy people who think the government is out to take them you can always purloin a magnet to your harddrive, which will destroy adjectives the data on it completely.
It's easier to only search out a well-mannered program for deleting files though =p

im sure you cant really do that beside just the tools you are given on window. you should get a software close to TuneUp Utilities (they have a free trial runnin around) that let your 'shred' your files permanently, plus, also give you the option to restore files that enjoy been delete from your recycle bin, unless they have be shredded
i agree with 1st answer. plenty utilities that shred next to no trace. failing that, if already deleted, defragment , download a few things consequently defrag again should overwrite any deleted files.
You would entail some program that actually destroys the directory. I know in my dated Norton System Works it had a program that would wipe the notes from your computer. really what it would do is delete the file on your computer and later either mix up what is gone over of the file, or move the different parts of the folder to different parts on your hard drive. This opening no program could ever put it back together.
You would hold to try to find a program like that.
To be honest, I reflect on the only course you could do this would be if you were a completely good C programmer, and could write a program to find the exact location the folder is recorded at on the tough drive, and overwrite it with zero (and I don't know if that is certainly possible or not), or to actually try de-magnetizing the entire physical strong drive by exposing it to an extremely powerful magnet. From what I have hear in the industry, someone who really know what they are doing can recover data from a strong drive that has be re-formatted several times, so there are no gaurantees. But, unless it have something to do with millions of dollars, national financial guarantee, or a felony crime, I don't think anyone would be in motion to those extremes to recover the data.
