Is there a "recover" function on your computer's menu(s)?

Use a finder program to look for a wallet called "recover" on your computer, afterwards use it on the stick.

If not, ask your finder to look for "text contains:" and use some record that you know is there but which is bloody in other documents. However, be aware that the finder might skip the report if its link have been removed from the stick's directory.

Normally, "deleting" a database simply removes the file describe from the directory, marking the corresponding space as available. The information is still there until it is overwritten by contemporary data.

However, if you did a "in safe hands delete" (or whatever the equivalent describe in your operating system), after the data be overwritten right away with something else.
You can try to recover your delete file using Easy File Undelete:

It will assist you to recover your deleted files even if they be emptied from the Recycle Bin or if their location and size is not stored within the file system structures.
