all recovery programs can be used to some extent
just the files which have well brought-up recvoery chances can be recovered
which is single 1 of 20 files deleted
nd forget abt the files delete from the system partition
they cant be recovered
Since files are not physically delete you need to use a program which can undelete them - assuming none of the database fragments have be overwritten.
Use something like "Undelete" which can be found at: http://delete-files.safe-install.com/
There are lots of other database recovery utilities available - many free. Just do a google scour for "File Recovery"
there are some perfect file recovery programs out in that, if you haven't defragged your computer
