Is at hand any path to recover files from a mac when they've be delete for a few months?
I have a great deal of files on my computer and I don't really keep track of them but one wallet, a 300-page document I desperately need put a bet on, must've been delete or corrupted in the final few months. I've been using an external frozen drive since January and I don't know if I accidentally deleted some files contained by the process of copying them..but in any shield, I only enjoy files through the letter J. I don't really know how a concrete drive works, but if it's been a few months, hold I written over what would have be my file? Is it even worth it to buy expensive notes recovery software or should I just sulk and never win back my document?
Answers:
you could try doing a restore put money on.
Yes if you have Leopard and Time appliance, no if you only enjoy Tiger and haven't done regular backups.
