If these are files you have empty from the recycle bin, their space on the disk has probably be overwritten by now. Temporary system files and internet files carry saved to the first available space on the disk.
unless u recover straight they dont work very ably .. coz the files get overwritten ... but used without hesitation ive had virtuous results with a program call getdataback ..
