Can I still recover files that be delete from my USB? How?
I was transferring a folder from my desktop to the USB. (It be a "cut" command.) It didn't finish transferring so I stopped the file verbs. The files went missing. (My recycle bin automatically delete so it's not in in that.) Is there a possibility I can still recover those files?

There are programs you can download to retrieve delete files from your recycle bin. When you delete items from the recycle bin, it never deletes from your computer, it's other there, but you simply can't access it.
Did you try pressing Ctrl+V while your desktop is the active "window"? Maybe the files are still surrounded by the clipboard. Other than that, there are minor probability you will be able to recover your files since they weren;t delete but put in the clipboard and the clipboard be emptied.

And to answer your question; No, nearby is no way to achieve it back and even if your Recycle Bin be set to not emptying automatically, you still wouldn't be capable of retrieve the data cos the profile would not have be sent there contained by the first place.
