How to recover a database that i delete by mistake on my computer?

i deleted a folder bymistake and and do i get it hindmost. i empty the recycleing bin. How do i take it back.

Without a third party program to undelete, you can't.

Check out PC Tools and Winstalls for programs to do this.

Also, once it's delete, the space is available to be overwritten, so the more you do with your computer, the more expected it will be unrecoverable.
