when u delete files they accumulate them self in recycle bin so restore them from near or you had delete it from there also next System restore is good alternative there are abundant data recovery software but they are not free and when u buy them some time it wll help yourself to time

Not to verbs, search online for a notes recovery program, such as Recuva, or UndeletePlus, and tell it to survey for deleted files, and try to specify the second know location of the files.
See, when an item gets delete, it is still on the computer, it just doesn't bring shown, because the operating system marks it as redundant ffiles, marked for overwriting.
So, unless you plague up your hardrive, they should still be there, but similar to you say, this is an emergency, so you probably won't purloin your time.
