Is a 'simple' course of recovering a delete record contained by Word 2003 minus buying more software?
The usual thing, return with interrupted and forget where you are, delete wallet, swear like heck! NOw I want it backbone and don't know how. Tried auto recover but as it was 'intentionally' delete no luck. Is there an undelete button? Can't find anyting except software on the web

Check your trash can - you can recover files contained by there.
You delete it in the OS not word.
