How can I recover delete files within "My Documents" folder?

I am trying to recover a few old files from the "My Documents" folder. I hold seen sundry recover programs online but none of them list that folder as an preference; only the regular drives (C:, D:, etc.) Any help out would be greatly appreciated.

download and install the software on your pc. I tried it and I recovered some old-fashioned deleted files/documents.

Your My Documents folder is most likely save in C: so you should scan it. You are not guaranteed to find the files and if you do they may be corrupt.
