How can I recover a folder I accidentally delete from a flash drive?

It's a Microsoft Word file, and I delete it from a SanDisk flash drive, if that helps to know.
Answers:
Generally, when you delete your files, they rush to Recycle Bin. If you own not performed Shift + Delete, your wallet will still be in Recycle Bin.
To restore lost files u want software called Recover my files (payed version), it recovers anything and everything u delete (top software),
or there's Glarys Undelete software which is the free version which u can download of the internet.
Once downloaded install the software, very soon plug in flash drive, run the software and choose to scan flash drive by checkin the appropriate check box, start the scan, when finished scan a list of delete files come up, search through the record for your lost file, once found, lay emphasis on
and press the recover or restore button, and that's it, file found.
Sry, I am pretty sure in attendance is no way to achieve it back.
