Recovering files delete from auto recover?

I have a mac laptop and I accidently delete a word document that came up on auto-recover. This document be not saved onto my computer. Is in that any way to recover this document?

Kitty, My best answer would be to see if you are competent to run a tool similar to Windows XP's System Restore. Restore to the date, if known, that you later had the word document on your mac. Sorry, I am more of a PC guy. I own only worked on MACs when required or required.

If you were competent to do what I suggested, that would hopefully undelete any files and restore any settings if changed. Since the file be never saved, you probably know that the undelete or recovery software designed for situations close to these, probably won't be of help.
