Western Digital Passport... accidently delete files - Help recovering?

I bought a Western Digital Passport to backup files on my cpu. The files got delete accidently when I clicked the option call "Sync" - or something similiar. Is there a means of access to recover the files? Help!

Well, since NOTHING is ever deleted from your rock-hard disk, you might try a free utility called recuva. It's from Piriform, one and the same company that makes CCleaner. Hopefully you know the name of the missing files!
