Wiped Entire Hard Drive, recovery software?
ok so i decided to verbs up my hard drive by stupidly trusting window vista and clicking the disc cleanup button... it somehow managed to compleantly wipe everything on the entire rock-hard drive... i know this is recoverable however i wish to recover it "as it was"... for example my music folder to simply re appear only as it was surrounded by the before vista go all "El Deablo" on me.. e.g the photos folder to reappear near the photos in it...
does anybody know what software programs do this exact favour? preferably free ones lol.

Follow the guide to restore your computer to earlier you used the disc cleanup.
* First I suggest.. do a system restore. And I have vista.. that should not be a problem using disk cleaner.
* * System Restore does not affect personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos, so it cannot lend a hand you restore a deleted profile. If you have backup of your files, you can restore the files from a backup.
Another thing you might want to try... Click My Computer... afterwards right click drive 'C' choose properties > tools tab > under error checking > click check very soon.
