while burning photos to my multisession cd, system hanged.i restared the system. after that i can not open out the cd. i used so many cd recovry software to unstop the cd. but no use. i can not open the cd.it contain meaningful photos. Help me to get subsidise the photos...

from what you say i see that your cd have been diluted and you are unable to recover your background / photos. The best solution is to apply some toothpaste (not gel ones, try white colgate) and use a good cloth, wipe the surface within an circular, outward direction. after cleaning it this way, ensure adjectives the paste residue is removed and later try to read the data on your cd drive.
