My Adobe Pagemaker file is couruppted (Not Open) Version 6.5 Please comfort me to recover it.

Like the person above said. Reinstall the software.
Since PageMaker is a deceased application, and no longer supported by Adobe, it might be time to consider moving up to InDesign.
Simply uninstall it and reinstall it, I'm sure you have a legit license push button so it should be very simple.
