How can I delete computer files beyond recovery from special recovery software?

then verbs you disk with disk-defragment utility. Start->All Programs->Accessories->SystemTools->Disk Defragmentor.

There's a free program called "Eraser" available for download at the below interconnect. You can set it to write over the files numerous times, up to 35 times. You have to write over them several times. If you want to rub away the entire drive killdisk is a good free program. If you want to write over specific files Norton Utilities have a wipe info feature, but I hold never tried it so I don't know how well it works.
